Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. All prices and shipping charges are in US Dollars (USD). If you need delivery elsewhere, contact support@kgammonph.shop before ordering.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm UK time, or at weekends, begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- Standard US shipping: flat $6 per order, free on orders over $55.
- Estimated transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.
Tracking
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Damaged or missing items
We pack every order carefully, but if your item arrives damaged or your parcel is missing items, email support@kgammonph.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item at no cost to you.
Failed or undeliverable deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or a failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a further shipping charge may apply. Refunds for undeliverable orders are issued less the original outbound shipping cost.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Taxes & duties
For US deliveries, any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout where required. You are responsible for any local taxes or charges that may apply at your delivery location.
